Terms and Conditions – Skinat Tuition | Tutoring Services Agreement

Welcome to Skinat Tuition. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Skinat Tuition’s tutoring services, including online and in-person lessons.
• By enrolling in our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted here.

2. Tutoring Services

• Skinat Tuition provides tutoring sessions for various subjects, including Mathematics, Science, English, and exam preparation.
• Lessons are conducted online or in-person, depending on student preference and tutor availability.
• Students must attend scheduled sessions on time. Late arrivals will not extend the lesson time.

3. Payments & Fees

• Fees must be paid in advance based on the chosen package.
• Payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit card, or an approved online payment gateway.
• Missed sessions without prior notice may be charged in full.
• Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases at Skinat Tuition’s discretion.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Students must give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged in full.
• Skinat Tuition reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Student Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful and professional behavior.
• Inappropriate conduct (harassment, abuse, disruptions) may lead to service termination without a refund.
• Students may not share tutors’ contact details or lesson materials without permission.

6. Tutor Responsibilities

• Tutors will provide high-quality, structured learning support.
• Tutors ensure lesson materials meet educational standards.
• Tutors do not guarantee specific grades but support students in reaching their potential.

7. Use of Online Platforms & Technology

• Students must have a stable internet connection, microphone, and webcam for online lessons.
• Skinat Tuition is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end.
• Lessons may not be recorded or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We comply with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations.
• Personal information is used solely for educational and administrative purposes.
• Skinat Tuition does not share personal data with third parties without consent.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

• While we provide quality tutoring, we do not guarantee specific academic results.
• Skinat Tuition is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from tutoring sessions.
• Parents/guardians must supervise minors during online lessons.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
